Nutrela Goan Vindaloo | न्यूट्रेला सोया विंदालू | Bhook Shook | Food Tak

Vindaloo is a popular Goan dish. Here’s how to give it a twist with Nutrela Soya. Do try it at home.
Ingredients:
1 cup treated* Nutrela High Protein Soya Chunks,
2 onions,
1 inch ginger,
10 cloves garlic,
1/2 tsp cumin seeds,
1 tsp garam masala powder,
1 inch cinnamon,
4 red chillies whole,
3/4 cup vinegar,
1 tbsp sugar,
salt,
water,
oil.
pao.
Method :
First grind ginger-garlic, red chillies, cumin seeds with little vinegar and salt & keep aside.
Now fry onions till brown & then mix the ground paste, cinnamon, sugar, remaining vinegar and garam masala and cook well.
Now add treated* Nutrela Soya chunks and stir fry till the gravy thickens.
Serve hot with pao.
