Rogan Josh is an all time favorite of all the meat loves. Here’s how it make it with Nutrela to give it a vegetarian touch.
Ingredients:
1 cup Minced treated* Nutrela High protein soya chunks,
2 sliced Onion,
3 chopped Tomato,
1 tsp Garam Masala,
4 chopped Green chilli,
1 cup fresh curd,
Saffron soaked in lukewarm milk,
15 Cashewnut,
1 “Ginger,
1 tbsp Coriander Powder,
1 tbsp haldi,
6 Red Chillies,
1 tbsp Cumin Seed,
6 cloves Garlic,
salt,
oil
Method:
First grind ginger, corainder seeds, haldi, red chillies, cumin seeds, garlic to a thick paste.
Now fry onions, green chillies and tomatoes till brown.
Then add masala paste, beaten curd and a cup of water.
Next mix treated* Nutrela soya chunks, garam masala, saffron and cashew-nuts and cook well.
